DTQS® oil resistant conveyor belt implements DIN G standard

DTQS® is producing EP630 oil-resistant conveyor belts for the American timber conveyor line, which strictly implements the DIN G standard.

According to the working environment of the customer's conveyor line, the engineer implemented the parameters as follows:

Tensile strength ≥ 15MPA; 

Elongation at break ≥ 450%; 

Abrasion ≤ 175mm3; 

22-hour oil-soaked rubber expansion rate ≤ 3%;

When installing splicing on oil-resistant conveyor belts, we also provide DTQS® oil-resistant splicing rubber with the same rubber formula as the conveyor belt to make the quality of the splicing more reliable.

We promise that the DTQS® oil-resistant conveyor belt will not cause delamination and foaming due to the oil content of the bulk material.
