DTQS® Sidewall conveyor belt is used in extremely cold areas

DTQS® is a sidewall conveyor belt manufactured especially for Russian market, which strictly implements the German DIN22131 standard, and meets the low temperature requirement of -45℃ in the extreme cold area.

Aiming at the working environment where the inclination angle of the on-site conveyor line is ≥60 degrees, DTQS® engineers recommend to customers that the height of the side wall is 240mm and the height of the diaphragm is 220mm, and the bulk material can operate normally under the condition of the inclination angle of ≥60.

In order to meet the low temperature requirement of -45℃, DTQS® adopts low temperature resistant rubber formula, and set the rubber elongation at break of 450%, tensile strength of 18Mpa, and rubber hardness of Shore 55±5A to ensure the strength and toughness of rubber at low temperatures.

When installing joints on low temperature resistant conveyor belts, we also provide DTQS® low temperature resistant joint rubber with the same rubber formula as the conveyor belt to make the quality of the joints more reliable.

We promise that DTQS® low temperature resistant sidewall conveyor belt will not cause rubber cracking and powdering due to low temperature.
