DTQS® Anti-Tearing Steel Cord Belt is used in cement plant and mine 

The mine conveyor of a cement plant in Shanxi Province, China:

length of 6.8 kilometers, 

conveying capacity of 1600 tons/hour, 

belt speed 3.15 m/s, 

diameter 20 cm of conveying bulk materials, 

maximum drop of 3.8 m in the blanking trough, 

and a conveyor belt life of more than 15,000 hours required by the customer.

DTQS® engineers strictly implement the Chinese GB/T9770-2013 standard, and increase the anti-tear nets technology and redesign the number of steel wires.

Conveyor belt parameters implemented: 

Wire rope diameter: 7.2mm, 

Wire rope spacing: 15mm, 

Wire rope elongation: ≤0.23%, 

Covering rubber thickness: 6mm,  

Rubber strength: 24.6MPA, 

Elongation at break:484%,

Abrasion: 117mm3,

and the anti-tear steel cord wire + RFL impregnated nylon cord;

DTQS® engineers calculated the amount of belt splicing rubber based on the conveyor belt model and belt width, and provided customers with DTQS® special steel wire belt splicing rubber with the same rubber formula as the conveyor belt, ensuring the reliability of the conveyor belt splicing.
