DCCD® Cleaner for Coal Mine Conveyor Line
We need to help coal mine customers to clean up the coal slime in the working face of the conveyor belt, and ensure that the working face of the conveyor belt is clean and dry.
DCCD® engineers design three cleaners for customers. Primary and secondary cleaner are responsible for removing bulk materials from the conveyor belt surface, and the water-proof secondary cleaner are responsible for removing water from the conveyor belt surface.
We implement the DTⅡ(A) conveyor quality standard. The first and second cleaners use the top BAYER® polyurethane raw materials. The polyurethane blade can reach ≤41mm³ wear and the service life is more than 5000 hours. The resilience performance of ≥360% can also make the polyurethane blade fit more closely with the conveyor belt, and face the unevenness and hard material on the surface of the conveyor belt, resulting in a better cleaning effect.
The water-proof cleaner is made of polyurethane material with a hardness of 80A and a resilience of 420%, which can be tightly attached to the conveyor belt under various conditions, thereby removing moisture from the surface of the conveyor belt.
