DCCD® engineers provide belt cleaning solutions for steel plant customers

When the temperature in the steel plant reaches -20°C in winter, the cleaning efficiency of the original cleaner on the conveyor belt is greatly reduced.

DCCD® engineers found that in a low temperature environment, the hardness of the original polyurethane blade increased to 98A, the stretching force also decreased, and the surface of the conveyor belt could not always be fitted, resulting in a decrease in cleaning efficiency.

We implement the DTⅡ(A) conveyor quality standard and provide customers with low temperature resistant polyurethane cleaners with a hardness of 82±5A, tensile strength ≥420%, and abrasion ≤35mm³, which can still maintain suitable hardness and tensile strength at minus 40°C.
