DDLRS-D11 type pulley lagging is used in the conveyor line of thermal power plant
The conveyor line of the thermal power plant is used for the overhaul of 46 pulleys.
DDLRS-D11 type pulley lagging adopts high wear-resistant rubber formula, and implements the quality standard of GB/T 988-1991. The rubber abrasion is ≤110mm³, the rubber strength is greater than or equal to 17MPA, and the bonding tear strength with the pulley can reach ≥20.1MPA.
DDLRS-D11 pulley lagging improves the CN layer rubber formula. On the basis of no grinding, the bonding and curing speed of the rubber and the pulley is increased by 20% within 24 hours.
