Professionally solve the deviation of the conveyor belt of the chute
The conveyor belt at the blanking chute of the coal conveying line of the thermal power plant has a serious deviation, resulting in serious overflow on both sides of the conveyor belt. DCCD® engineers conducted on-site investigations, identified the causes of conveyor belt deviation, and provided customers with professional solutions.
First of all, the deviation of the conveyor belt is caused by the fact that the blanking point of the blanking chute is not at the center of the conveyor belt. The blanking chute is dredged, and an improvement plan for the blanking chute is provided to ensure that the blanking point returns to the center of the conveyor belt.
Secondly, DCCD® technicians re-adjust the lateral position of the impact idler set, and adjust the impact idler to the same vertical horizontal position.
Install CR-2-2000-3 rectifier, this type of rectifier adopts hydraulic reaction device, which can make the rectifier react more sensitively and achieve a faster and more agile rectification effect.
Through three technical adjustments, DCCD® technicians carried out the start-up test run monitoring. As a result, the conveyor belt was idling and fully loaded, and the conveyor belt deviation problem was solved.
