DTQS® solves the problem of conveyor belt damage in stone mills

DTQS® engineers provide customers with targeted conveyor belt solutions based on the three problems that often occur in the conveyor belts of Hubei Stone Material Factory in China:damaged by falling materials, fast aging of the cover rubber, and rain corroding the conveyor belt.

DTQS® engineers refer to the German DIN22131 standard and choose an impact-resistant conveyor belt.

To deal with the three problems of damaged by falling materials, rapid wear of the cover rubber, and rain corroded the conveyor belt, it provides technical indicators of rubber strength 25MPA, tearing elongation 450%, and abrasion of 120mm3 conveyor belt to solve the problem of too fast cover rubber abrasion;

At the junction of the core rubber and the cover rubber, a tear-proof net is added, and steel cord + RFL impregnated nylon cord is used to increase the impact resistance of the conveyor belt;

Strict drying and rubber infiltration processes are carried out on the cloth layer to prevent acid rain from causing delamination of the conveyor belt.
