DTQS® conveyor belt is installed on the port conveyor line

The original old conveyor belt in the port has a service life of 2 years. The DTQS® engineer inspected the working conditions and found that the cause of the conveyor belt’s rapid damage was the damage to the conveyor belt caused by the bulk material of the falling chute and the deviation of the conveyor belt. 

DTQS® engineers redesigned the blanking trough, increasing the number of impact pads in the blanking trough, and increasing the number of corrective roller sets. Solve the original conveyor line problem that caused damage to the conveyor belt.

At the same time, according to the GB/T9770-2013 standard, select ST1600 steel wire conveyor belt, tensile strength ≥18MPA, abrasion ≤100mm³, elongation ≥400%, and an anti-tear layer is added, which can effectively solve the bad effect on the life of the conveyor belt in the falling trough part .

In view of the working conditions of the open-air conveyor line by the sea, the bonding strength of the steel wire rope and the rubber reaches 107N/mm, which avoids the influence of the humid air and rain on the aging of the steel wire rope.

Conveyor belt splicing joints use DTQS® special steel wire belt splicing rubber, rubber strength ≥18MPA, abrasion resistance ≤100mm³, rubber material with the same formula as the conveyor belt, which can produce the same standard strength as the conveyor belt and steel wire rope. The length of the joint is 1150mm, the curing temperature is 150°C, and the curing time is 2120 seconds.

We promise that the service life of DTQS® conveyor belt is ≥3 years after solving the problems of the impact of the blanking trough bulk material, the deviation of the conveyor belt, and the corrosion of the conveyor belt by natural weather.
