DCCD®SLP-A4 ceramic rubber lagging is used in coal conveying line of thermal power plant

Aiming at the inclination angle of coal conveying line ≥20° in thermal power plants, DCCD® engineers provide customers with solutions to prevent conveyor belt slippage, including providing customers with SLP-A4 anti-slip ceramic lagging for driving pulleys.

SLP-A4 anti-slip ceramic rubber lagging implements the DTⅡ(A) standard. It uses 7mm thick ceramic sheets and 42mm anti-slip grooves to produce the strongest pulley surface friction and effectively solve the problem of conveyor belt skidding.

The rubber hardness is Shore 65A, the elongation at break is ≥400%, and the rubber strength is 17MPA. It can produce a bonding strength of 90N/mm between the rubber and the ceramic tiles and reduce the shedding of the ceramic tiles during working.

We promise that SLP-A4 ceramic rubber lagging is a pulley lagging product that can effectively solve the slippage of the conveyor belt.
