DCCD® provides belt cleaners for the bulk material workshops of new cement projects

The newly-built cement conveyor line has a belt width of 1200mm, a maximum belt speed of 3.15m/S, conveying capacity of 1000 tons/hour, and a diameter of the head pulley of 1000mm. The customer pointed out that there is a lot of rain in the area, and a large amount of mud on the conveyor belt needs to be cleaned up.

DCCD® provides customers with the cleaning solutions of BCD-1-300 primary belt cleaner and PBCT-2-250 secondary tungsten carbide belt cleaner.

The height of the scraper blade of the BCD-1-300 is 300mm, which meets the requirements of the pulley diameter. At the same time, the polyurethane hardness of 85° improves the adhesion between the scraper blade and the conveyor belt, which can effectively remove powder and mud.

The PBCT-2-250 secondary tungsten carbide belt cleaner is locked with a spring and has enough lifting force on the conveyor belt. The carbide blade tips can remove the residual sticky material and mud attached to the conveyor belt.
