DCCD® provides cleaners for new cement projects
DCCD® engineers worked with engineers from Cement Design Institute to design cleaners for new cement projects in Inner Mongolia, China.
Aiming at the working conditions of the mine conveyor line with a belt speed of 3.15M/S, a conveying capacity of 1800 tons, a belt width of 1600mm, and a pulley diameter of 1600mm.
We provide a BCT-1-400 cleaner, the polyurethane scraper of the cleaner has a height of 400mm, a single scraper width of 200mm, and a weight of 20 kg. It has the largest friction volume among products of the same level and can provide a better cleaning effect.
The hardness of polyurethane is 88A, and the decrease of the hardness can improve the adhesion between the polyurethane scraper and the conveyor belt, and effectively improve the cleaning of the powder and mud in the ore.
Provides abrasion resistance of ≤30/mm3, ensuring the service life of a BCT-1-400 cleaner.
At the same time, BCT-2-150 secondary cleaner is provided. The characteristic of this cleaner is that it can thoroughly clean the strong sticky material and mud remaining on the conveyor belt.
We provide a 8mm thickness tungsten carbide , and provide a 2-year warranty service.
We promise that the combination of the two cleaners can effectively clean the ore, powder and mud attached to the surface of the conveyor belt.
