Formula upgrade of Polyurethane scraper

DCCD® technical engineers have been researching that the cleaner blade can provide a better cleaning effect for the conveyor belt under different working conditions.

Together with engineers from the Beijing Rubber Research Institute, we upgraded the formula of the polyurethane scraper through 189 days of hard work.

We adjusted the polyurethane raw material formula to increase the elasticity of the polyurethane by 11%, so that the high-elasticity polyurethane can still provide an excellent cleaning effect even when the working surface of the conveyor belt is uneven.

At the same time, with tensioners of belt cleaner, the polyurethane scraper can clean the potholes on the surface of the conveyor belt ≤ 1mm.

We promise that by increasing the elasticity of the polyurethane blade, the abrasion resistance of the polyurethane is not affected in any way.
