The temperature at the site is 10°C, the humidity is 30°, and the curing time of the pulley cold-bond lagging is ≥24 hours.
The customer tested the bonding strength of the rubber layer and the metal layer on the surface of the pulley by pulling the cold glue board by crane.
The actual test results show that the average pulling force is 130 kg.
Through conversion, the adhesive tensile strength of DCCD®1997 cold adhesive glue reaches about 13MPA, which is much higher than ≥3.9MPA of the GB/T10595-2009 quality standard implemented, and its adhesive strength is 330% with the national standard.
