Ceramic lagging for extremely cold regions

Ceramic lagging for extremely cold regions

The SLP-A4 type ceramic lagging produced by DCCD® is used in coal conveying lines in Russia. The temperature in winter is under-35°C. The ordinary type of ceramic lagging will cause rubber embrittlement due to low temperature, resulting in ceramic lagging during operation. The ceramics gradually fall off.

The SLP-A4 ceramic lagging implements the GB10595-89 quality standard, and adopts a low temperature resistant rubber formula. The rubber will not fall off due to embrittlement in a low temperature environment.

At the same time, the adhesiveness of the rubber is still maintained, and the adhesive strength of the ceramic sheet and the rubber can be maintained at ≥21.6N.

We promise that the normal service life of SLP-A4 ceramic lagging is ≥25000 hours.
