DDLRS-D41-15 cold-bonded ceramics use high wear-resistant ceramics with 38% coverage. At the same time, by improving the adhesion of rubber, the ceramic bonding strength ≥ 11.5N/mm can greatly reduce the probability of ceramic blocks falling off during daily use, and can provide 5-8 years of service life.
In order to improve the reliability of ceramic lagging during operation, the construction personnel carried out rust removal, cleaning and equalization treatment on the surface of the pulley. And DCCD1997 cold glue is used to make the bonding strength between the rubber plate and the pulley surface ≥13.5N/mm, which is much higher than the DTⅡ belt conveyor standard of ≥6N/mm.
In addition, the splicing gap is sealed with a special cold-bonded lagging sealant, which avoids the water and dust that may cause the glue board to open into the bonding layer.
