DCCD®1996 Conveyor Belt Quick Repair Glue Applied to Coal Conveying Line

When DCCD® technicians provided rapid maintenance of the conveyor belt for the coal conveying line of coal enterprises, it was found that the reason for the damage of the conveyor belt was that the guide trough was installed with an unqualified skirting rubber, which caused the conveyor belt to be scratched on edge.

For the bulk material conveying line with coal grinding powder as the main material, DCCD® technicians replaced the DCSR-1 dust-proof and overflow-proof skirting rubber for customers. The wear-resistant rubber with a hardness of Shore 65A used in DCSR-1 can avoid scratches on the conveyor belt.

The technicians first apply the C and D cleaning agent to the scratched surface of the conveyor belt, and then after 2minutes of drying, start to inject DCCD®1996 conveyor belt quick repair glue. After 6 minutes, the quick repair glue is completely dry and ready for operation.

DCCD®1996 conveyor belt fast repair glue abrasion loss is 130mm3, elongation at break is≥350%, and the adhesion strength with conveyor belt reaches ≥38N/mm. Fully meet the impact of the bulk material from the blanking chute and the cleaner blades.
