Professionally solve the conveyor belt deviation of the conveyor line

The conveyor belt of the coal conveying line of the thermal power plant has different degrees of deviation. DCCD® engineers conducted on-site investigations, identified the causes of conveyor belt deviation, and provided customers with professional solutions.

For the working condition data of conveyor belt speed of 4.3m/s, beltwidth of 2000mm, and conveying capacity of 4000 tons/hour, DCCD® engineers provide customers with CR-1-2000-3 and CR-2-2000-3 deviation correctors.

This type of rectifier adopts a hydraulic reaction device, which is suitable for conveyors with a belt speed of ≥4 m/s, which can make the rectifier more sensitive and achieve a faster and more agile rectification effect.

For the beltwidth of 2000mm and the conveyor capacity of 4000 tons/hour, the oil delivery volume of the hydraulic pump is increased, and the sensitivity of deviation correction is guaranteed.

Both the head and the middle of the conveyor can achieve the effect of rapid deviation correction after the deviation corrector is installed.
