DCCD® impact beds and cleaners are used in coal conveyor lines in Mongolia

Aiming at the characteristics of conveyor belt width 1200mm, blanking trough size 1000mm and 3.1m drop height, 700 tons/hour conveying capacity, and coal bulk material diameter ≤10cm, DCCD® provides customers with IBB-A impact beds.

We provide 100x6mm steel keel for the impact bed according to the drop height of the blanking trough, the diameter of the bulk material, and the conveying capacity, ensuring that the impact bed has enough rigidity to deal with the impact power of the bulk material without bending deformation.

Each impact bed is equipped with 11pcs length 1500mm impact bars which can provide the largest area of buffer protection for the conveyor belt.

The metal coating adopts a plastic spraying process, and the sulfur in the coal will not corrode the metal.

All designs strictly implement DT II(A) standards.
