Producing Conveyor Belt Cleaners for Copper Mine Conveyor Lines

We have improved the polyurethane scraper formula for the working environment where the belt speed is 5 m/s and the surface of the conveyor belt is more damaged.

1.Improve performance on the high temperature resistance of polyurethane, the polyurethane scraper can deal with the high temperature generated by friction from 5m/s belt speed to increase the service life;

2.Increase the strength of the polyurethane scraper and improve the performance of resisting damage from bulk materials.

3.Increase the toughness of polyurethane. When encountering potholes and bumps on the surface of the conveyor belt, good scraper toughness can ensure the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt surface;

Through our technical improvement, we hope that the first 90 sets of belt cleaners can win good reputation from customers for agents, thereby bringing continuous return orders for agents.
