For conveyor lines in harsh environments, DDLRS-41 cold bond ceramic rubber lagging improves the bonding strength between ceramic and rubber to 23.4N, and the tensile strength of rubber to 450%, which improves the performance of preventing different materials from damaging the surface of the pulley.
The rubber formula of the CN layer is improved to increase the oxidation resistance of the CN layer. There is no need to polish the CN layer during use, so that the bonding strength is more reliable.
